I've been a Quester for over 4 years and I am finally getting around to writing a review. I think the reason it took so long is because I have come to expect the outstanding service I receive on a daily basis. Maybe even took it for granted a bit. Recently, my assistant left and I've had to take on all her duties and continue to run my business. I felt overwhelmed and lost to say the least. While I have always relied on Quest's service team and appreciated them, Teri suggested that I sift through my pile of things to do and allow the team to help me. I am so glad I listened. Now I find myself leaning on this team on a daily basis. Things like Power Point presentations, binding reports, sending International FedEx packages and even using a copier machine do not come easy to me. That's were the Quest staff has really gone the extra mile and made my work life bearable again So this is not only a review but also a heartfelt THANK YOU. Thank you to the whole team for all your support and putting up with my emergency last minute requests, listening to me vent, suggesting sensible alternatives to some of my crazy ideas, helping me with those overwhelming Excel files and maybe most all showing me that I got this! I may have lost my assistant but I now feel like a have gained a team of assistants. Thank you again, Dave

Quest is an amazing workspace! In my past experience I've been working with many other companies, but none was like Quest. They're really take bride in accommodating their customers, being supportive and working around to different requests. For example, my company had to organize a meeting of 20 people and they even provide use with no cost lunch for our customers. Stuff is really nice, and they work fast making things happen.

We are very happy at Quest. It is very comfortable, and the office staff really goes out of their way for us. Jennifer Aleman is an excellent asset to the company. She has been very supportive of us, even ordering office equipment for us, helping us with our phones, the copier, getting moved in, and cookies and other regular treats that keep us going. Most of all, she always has a friendly, sincere, upbeat and helpful attitude, and makes it enjoyable to come to work. I recommend this shared space to all that are looking for temporary offices.

The Conrad is a beautiful building surrounded in the heart of Brickell. Quest is conveniently located on the 8th and 9th floor, so you don't have to wait so long in the elevator. Kathleen sets up the happy hours, she's awesome (she told me to write this [so not true, jk]). Lily is my dawg! Sally is reliable and a problem solver. Kathy is like a ninja, and well Gaby... is well... Gaby. Everyday is a different day with Gaby. Everyone is full of energy, smiles, and good vibes. Everyone wants to learn and progress. If you don’t know what Flitter is, then let me just take 30 seconds of your time to explain it! It’s a combination of Flitter, Twitter, and Facebook that all Questers use to connect. I have worked in many shared work spaces and I have to say that this location is the absolute best I have ever experienced! The building is beautiful with a nice view of Brickell Miami and surrounding areas. The staff are very attentive and always helpful. Kathleen and Lily are great community directors that help us with anything we need. They are super nice and always have great energy. They help create a wonderful work atmosphere while keeping it very professional which is great when have visitors being that they are the first that most people will see in the front. I also appreciate the special events that Quest host that gives us the opportunity to network with the rest of the community. 5 stars is an understatement. They do breakfast for new clients to interact with current clients. They have cafecito everyday at 3:05 and they have cookies on Monday's. Can it get better than this? yes they treat my company and i the best, and that is the best feeling. This is the best workspace in my opinion in Brickell, and I've worked in a lot of offices. Great location. Any time I need help with something, they are eager to help. Everything is always clean.
