Yes. Our offices are private, fully enclosed spaces designed for focused, professional work.

Each private office is secured and dedicated exclusively to your company, giving you privacy for calls, meetings, and day-to-day operations, while still allowing you to enjoy the benefits of a shared, hospitality-driven workspace.

You also have access to common areas, meeting rooms, and amenities throughout the center, so you get the best of both worlds: privacy when you need it and community when you want it.

We recruit only the best and most experienced service professionals. Our leadership team has over 60 combined years of hospitality and shared space industry experience. It is in our DNA.

All team members complete a 90-Day Customer Service Training Program, along with ongoing weekly training to ensure consistent and exceptional service experience.

General Managers serve as your real estate and business consultants, connecting you with resources and advising on expansion or space needs.

Operations Managers act as your office management team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of your center.

 Service Associates provide comprehensive support, serving as your:

• Receptionist – greeting and announcing your guests
• Meeting Coordinator – arranging conferences, catering, and IT support
• Office Manager – handling everything in your absence
• Event Coordinator – assisting with and planning center marketing events
• Community Coordinator – connecting Questers face-to-face and through Flitter
• Personal Assistant – notary stamps, witnessing, filing, translation, purchasing, copying, scanning, and faxing
• Concierge – your go-to resource for local information and arrangements
• Mail and Shipping Administrator – managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• CNO (Chief Nurturing Officer) – here to listen, help, support, and celebrate with you

At Quest Workspaces, every private office solution is customized to match the specific needs of each client and their business. Because of this personalized approach, pricing for private offices is not generated instantly or provided as a standard “one-size-fits-all” rate.

Our managers take the time to understand several important factors before presenting pricing, including office size, view and location within the center, team size, term length, included services, and any promotional incentives that may currently be available. Many of our clients also benefit from bundled services such as meeting room time, live phone answering, mail handling, internet services, and other professional support options that can affect the overall value and pricing structure.

By speaking directly with a manager, we are able to ensure you receive the most accurate pricing, explore all available office options, and present any current promotions or custom packages that may apply to your situation. This approach allows us to tailor a workspace solution that best supports your business while maximizing value.

Our goal at Quest Workspaces is not simply to quote a price, but to help you find the right office environment that supports your productivity, professionalism, and growth. A manager will be happy to walk you through the available options and provide a customized proposal based on your needs.

• Coworking Day Pass: $49 per day
• Coworking Flex Desk: $299 per month or $2,990 per year (25% discount)
• Coworking Dedicated Desk: $399 per month or $3,990 per year (25% discount)

• Hybrid Office (Per Hour): $25 per hour
• Hybrid Office (Per Day): $149 per day
• Hybrid Office 10 Hours/Month: $175 per month or $1,750 per year (25% discount)
• Hybrid Office 20 Hours/Month: $299 per month or $2,990 per year (25% discount)
• Hybrid Office 40 Hours/Month: $499 per month or $4,990 per year (25% discount)

• Mailbox & Business Address Service: $99 per month or $890 per year (25% discount)
• Mailbox, Business Address & Telephone Service: $160 per month or $1,520 per year (25% discount)
• Virtual Plus: Includes mailbox, business address services, and 10 meeting room hours per month for $449 per month or $4,040 per year (25% discount)
• Set up cost is a one-time fee of $99, and retainer of one month. The retainer is fully refundable at end of service.
