Do you have private offices available? Absolutely we do! We have private offices available in a variety of sizes, and availability can change quickly. The best thing to do is let us show you what we have available right now so you can see the options and find the right fit for your business. You can schedule a tour with whichever location interests you the most.
Are your offices private?

Yes, absolutely. Our private offices are fully enclosed, dedicated spaces where you can work, take confidential calls, meet with clients, and focus without distractions.
And what I think you'll really appreciate is that you get the best of both worlds: your own private office with access to the energy and amenities of a professional workspace. You can step out into beautifully designed common areas, use meeting rooms, grab a coffee, or connect with other professionals whenever you want.
Are your offices furnished? Yes. Every private office is professionally furnished and move-in ready. You don't have to worry about buying desks, chairs or even setting up your internet. You can bring your laptop and start working the very first day. If you want to bring your own furniture, we can also make arrangements for you to do that as an alternative. This is your office, make it your own!
What size offices do you offer? We have many different options ranging from single-person offices all the way up to larger team suites. Rather than putting you into a one-size-fits-all solution, we look at what your business needs today and where you expect to be tomorrow or next year. We have the flexibility to grow with you! Depending on how many people are you looking to accommodate, we can point you toward the options that make the most sense for your business model.
How long are your lease terms? Flexibility is a big part of what we do best. We offer terms ranging from shorter-term options through longer-term commitments, including month-to-month options depending on the solution and location.
So instead of locking yourself into a traditional office lease for years, you can choose a commitment that makes sense for your business right now.
What’s included in the rent? We make the process of renting an office much easier because so much is already taken care of.
Depending on your plan, your workspace can include furniture, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, reception and hospitality services, cleaning, access to common areas, meeting spaces, and other business amenities.
And with select plans, you can have 24/7 access, giving you the flexibility to work on your schedule.
The goal is simple: one predictable workspace expense without having to manage all the expenses and headaches of a traditional office.
Do you offer coworking space? Absolutely. We offer coworking options for professionals who want a polished, professional place to work without needing a private office. In today’s environment if you work from home but need that away time from all those distractions, coworking is a fantastic solution.
You can choose from flexible desk options, dedicated desks, or a day pass depending on how you work. And if you'd like to experience Quest before committing, I'd be happy to help you arrange a coworking day.
Can I try coworking for a day? Sure, you can! A day pass is a great way to experience Quest for yourself.
You can see the space, experience the vibe, meet the team, use the amenities, and get a feel for whether it's the right environment for you. Sometimes the best way to understand Quest is simply to come experience it for yourself. We want you to “try us on for size and see if we fit”!
Is coworking available every day? Our coworking access is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. If you need evening or weekend access, we can check what options are available at your preferred location.
Dedicated Desk plans include 24/7 access with the purchase of an Access Card.
Do you offer virtual offices? Yes. Our virtual office solutions are ideal if you want to establish a professional business presence without taking on a full-time private office.
Depending on the plan, you can have a prestigious business address, professional mail handling, telephone services, receptionist support, and meeting room access.
It's the perfect way to give your business a more established presence without the cost of a traditional office.
Can I use your address for my business? Yes. Virtual office members can use the Quest address for business purposes such as professional correspondence and, where permitted, business registration or licensing requirements.
If you're using the address for a specific registration or licensing purpose, we'd be happy to help you determine whether the location meets your requirements. All you have to do is ask!
Do you answer phones for virtual offices? Yes. Depending on your plan, we offer professional phone services, including AI-powered call handling and for a small additional fee, we can even do live answering if you need that for your business.
That means when someone calls your business, they don't necessarily have to know you're working remotely. Your business can still present a professional, responsive image.
Can I upgrade my virtual office later? Absolutely. In fact, that's a common progression.
You can start with a business address, then add meeting room access, coworking, or eventually move into a private office as your business grows.
You don't have to figure out your workspace needs five years from now. We can help you build it as you go.
How quickly can I set up a virtual office? In many cases, we can get you set up very quickly once the required paperwork is completed and payment is received.

Do you have conference rooms available for rent? Absolutely, we have several different options for you. We have boardrooms, conference rooms, and other professional meeting spaces designed for client meetings, interviews, presentations, team meetings, depositions, and more.
It's a great option when you require to meet clients in a professional environment.
What’s included in the meeting rooms? Our meeting rooms are designed so you can walk in and have a professional meeting without having to worry about the details.
Depending on the room and location, amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, TV or display with HDMI connectivity, conference phone capabilities, and refreshments.
Our team is also there to help coordinate the experience, so you can focus on your meeting rather than the logistics.
Can anyone book a meeting room Yes. Meeting rooms are available to both Quest clients and outside guests, subject to availability.
Can I book recurring meeting times? Absolutely. If you regularly meet with clients, conduct interviews, hold team meetings, or need a consistent professional location, we can set up recurring bookings and meeting room packages. That gives you consistency without requiring a full-time private office.

What do I need to bring for a tour? Nothing special. Just bring yourself and an idea of what you're looking for.

Many of our clients also benefit from bundled services such as meeting room time, live phone answering, mail handling, internet services, and other professional support options that can affect the overall value and pricing structure.

By speaking directly with a manager, we are able to ensure you receive the most accurate pricing, explore all available office options, and present any current promotions or custom packages that may apply to your situation. Our centers are staffed from 9:00a to 5:00p, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  You can pick up your mail during those hours.
How do I pay my bill? Log onto the Client Portal area on the upper right-hand side of the website.  Use your credentials to login.  If you have forgotten your credentials or password, contact billing@questworkspaces.com.
