Yes. Our offices are private, fully enclosed spaces designed for focused, professional work.

Each private office is secured and dedicated exclusively to your company, giving you privacy for calls, meetings, and day-to-day operations, while still allowing you to enjoy the benefits of a shared, hospitality-driven workspace.

You also have access to common areas, meeting rooms, and amenities throughout the center, so you get the best of both worlds: privacy when you need it and community when you want it.


Are your offices furnished?  Absolutely. Every private office comes fully furnished, professionally designed, and completely move-in ready. Just bring your laptop and you’re set. 
What size offices do you offer?  We offer a wide range — from single-person offices to team suites that can accommodate growing companies. If you tell me your team size, I can guide you to the best fit. 
How long are your lease terms?  Flexibility is our thing. We offer terms from 1 to 12 months, including month-to-month options, so your workspace can grow and change with your business. 
What’s included in the rent?  Your rent covers the essentials and then some: furniture, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, reception services, daily cleaning, and access to beautifully designed common areas. Simple, predictable, and all-inclusive. You also have 24/7/365 access. 
Do you offer coworking space?  Yes! Our coworking memberships give you access to shared work areas in a professional, hospitality-driven environment — perfect for flexibility without sacrificing quality. Would you like to experience it for a day at no cost to you? 
Can I try coworking for a day?  Of course. We offer day passes so you can experience the space, the vibe, and the service before committing. 
Is coworking available every day?  Coworking access is available during normal business hours, ensuring a productive, professional atmosphere. 
Do you offer virtual offices?  Yes, we do. Our virtual office plans include a prestigious business address, professional mail handling, and optional add-ons to support your business as it grows. 
Can I use your address for my business?  Yes. Virtual office members may use our address for business registration, licensing, and professional correspondence. 
Do you answer phones for virtual offices?  We do. Depending on your plan, we offer live receptionist services and AI-powered call handling — so your business always sounds professional and responsive. 
Can I upgrade my virtual office later?  Absolutely. Many clients start virtual and upgrade to meeting rooms, coworking, or private offices as their needs evolve. 
How quickly can I set up a virtual office?  Very quickly. In many cases, virtual offices can be set up the same day once paperwork is complete and payment is received.

What do I need to bring for a tour?  Nothing at all — just come ready to talk about your business and what you’re looking for in a workspace. 
How soon can I move in?  Often the same day, depending on availability. We’re built for speed and convenience.

Are there any promotions or specials?  Promotions may be available depending on location and timing. I am happy to connect you with the Center Manager who will have the most up to date promotions available for you. 
Do you require a deposit?  Some services require a deposit, depending on the plan. We’ll always walk you through everything clearly upfront. 
Do I get 24/7 access?  Select plans include 24/7 access, depending on the location. I can confirm what’s available at your preferred center. 
Is parking available?  Parking options vary by building. I can share details specific to your chosen location. 
Do you offer mail and package handling?  Yes. We securely receive and manage mail and packages for our clients, with professional handling and notifications.  
Is there staff on-site?  Yes. Our on-site team provides reception and hospitality services during business hours — greeting guests, assisting clients, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Are pets or dogs allowed in the office?  Only service animals are permitted. Emotional Support, Therapy, Comfort, or Companion animals are not allowed, as they are not protected by law.
